Personal Training (One-on-One)
We will work together, with my complete focus on you and your goals, along with overall health and flexibility. You will have my undivided attention as I strive to make each workout session challenging, but yet fun. You will be amazed at what you are able to achieve. By using a variety of equipment, including (but not limited to) ropes, kettlebells, handweights, tubing, bands, balls, BOSU, Reebok step, drills and sometimes no equipment at all... keeping the excitement on going. I work very hard to make each session different to keep the “fun” present. Proper form and technique along with safety is of upmost concern to me...as you will see with each training session.
Group Fitness (Two or more)
In a group training setting, I will have a variety of exercises, drills, etc... to challenge each individual person; at the same time, keep the entire group motivated and having fun. There will be times where you interact with each other, challenge against each other, and cheer as we watch the transformations take place within each participant. A variety of equipment and exercises will be used and performed. Proper form and technique along with safety is of upmost concern to me...as you will see with each training session.
I take this very serious and have worked with many clients to get them back to health and pre-injury status. I have worked alongside doctor guidance and continued to work with clients after any physical therapy protocol to make their lives the best they can be.
Total Gym Training
This particular training uses the actual “Total Gym” equipment. We will train at your home on your Total Gym or at my home using my Total Gym. This is not a portable piece of equipment.
