With her guidance and encouragement I am able to walk, sit, and stand without losing my balance and without assistance. I also have full use of my right arm and hand again. I once again have my freedom back to do as I please whether it be cooking, cleaning, or just getting ready for the day’s adventures. I can do it! Whether we are working out in the swimming pool or in my workout room, Bonnie makes it very challenging and fun… It is very rewarding to see the results!

I began working with Bonnie in 1995. I am 5'7" tall and at the time I weighed 153 pounds. My hips were 41.5 inches and my waist was 31 inches. After a year of training with Bonnie I weighed 123 pounds and my hips were 33 inches and my waist was 24.5 inches. She helped me lose weight, gain muscle definition and feel great. I highly recommend Bonnie as a personal trainer. I have worked out for many, many years at various health clubs and have always felt that I was in fairly good shape.
