I started in the fitness industry in 1986. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. The combination of the two makes for a very beneficial mix. This gives me a broader spectrum of techniques when training one on one.
With my experience in this industry, I pride myself on giving my clients a motivating and fun workout experience; one that they will want to do again and again. I am very thorough in teaching the proper form/technique and safety, as well as educating my clients on why we do what we do.
When it comes to fitness, there are four key parts: cardiovascular health, nutrition, flexibility, and weight bearing exercise. Here at Fitbodz, I incorporate these facets into all my training plans. Whatever "we" determine your goals to be, they will be achieved.
